Sukkos desserts - not soooo unhealthy please !!

Want to make ahead of time & freeze.
Any good ideas?
I made compote and froze but do you have any not so unhealthy desserts?

I like to swap whole wheat flour instead of white flour, and I usually reduce the sugar by half as well. It works well in things that are already brown (banana bread, brownies, chocolate cake). I personally can't tell the difference.

Fruit crisps freeze well. Bottom layer is usually apples. Peaches or nectarines and blueberries work well. Add a small amount of sugar and a little cinnamon. Sweet pears sliced thinly with craisins, a little honey and red wine work too. Top layer is crumbs. Use any crumb topping recipe you find with oil not margarine. You can use oats instead of some of the flour. I can’t use chopped nuts or almonds but some toppings have those. It’s a great dessert served warm in the sukkah.
