Op, hope you don’t mind me asking my meat question here… it’s similar to yours

I had a very large piece of meat. It was not labeled and I have no idea what it was. I cooked it with oil and lots of spices. It’s very dry and bland. What can I do now to give it more flavor?

I cook orzo egg noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse and mix with a drop of oil.
Sauté 2 diced sweet onions.
Mix onion with orzo and season very generously with salt and pepper (adjust seasoning as you taste).
Add diced meat and toss again.

You can make meat balls. I made it with dried out brisket. Mix it very well with mashed potato and mashed garlic.
Make balls. freeze it . Bread it in eggs ans crumbs. Spray with oil. Make for 1/2 hour

There's a recipe for a mustard sauce. It's with hot English must, Mayonnaise l that you make in a pot then you pour it on the sliced meat and heat for 30 min.
