Looking for something like this in Lakewood
I’m in my 50’s and suffer from sciatica pain. I was told that doing exercise in the water could be helpful.

Check out Toms River Fitness, it's deep in Toms River and they have a women's only pool. They also offer exercise classes, though those usually take place in the coed pool. If you call them up, I think your first visit is free, you can also buy guest passes if you don't want to commit to a membership.

I think the gym in Gourmet Glatt plaza (north) has a water class - maybe during the day on Wednesdays.
