Yes. One of babies had a babysitter who did this when I wasn't able to pump enough. That baby hated formula but was OK with it if it was mixed with breastmilk. I'm not sure of the specifics because this was only at the babysitter, I nurse exclusively when with my babies (I just struggle with pumping, so they all needed formula while at the sitter).

Just keep in mind that the bottle should be mixed close to feeding because the enzymes in breastmilk start to breakdown the formula once mixed. And then it might not taste great.

I make mixed bottles every morning and my baby happily eats them. He won't eat pure formula (yet)
