Any good ideas to make tonight with chicken cutlets? Want to make a nice dinner for my husband but 25 weeks pregnant and not feeling my best. Any ideas??!?

Easiest would be to marinate them and then bake or grill them. Do you have any bottles of sauces you can just use? Or just create your own basic marinade. I like a mix of soy sauce, garlic and other spices.

Olive oil, parsley cubes, basil cubes, garlic cubes, salt, pepper. Marinate chicken. Grill.
Fast and delish!

My best recipe,
cut in small cubes, put in a bag olive oil, generous pinch of paprika, tumeric, cumin & chicken grill season if you have.
fry onions until translucent season with salt & pepper - helps cook onion faster so can add earlier, add 6 mushrooms sliced and fry, raise heat to high and add the chicken with spices, stir until cooked - a couple of mins.
Serve over rice.
its extremely moist and really doesn't take long

Cut up into pieces, season generously with shawarma spice, and a bit of salt.
Cook for about 30 mins.
Serve in pitta bread or a wraps. Lettuce a bonus!
