My friend is marrying off her daughter and doesn't have funds for the wedding , sheitels, gowns, or setting up the apartment . I directed her to chasdei chashi lkallah and tiferes devorah l'kallah. I gave her the list of kallah gown gemachs and told her to reach out to ohr malka for hair and makeup.Simchas Mayer and yad batya only helps out NY kallahs. What other resources are there such as free or extremely reduced sheitels?

Maybe because Lakewood had a similar organization for her to turn to, but your town doesn’t? I don’t know, just thinking this might be the reason.

I believe it's simchas Mayer but they only help NY kallahs.
