Garlic, cover with olive oil. Salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika. 350 for an hour, uncover the last 10 minutes.

Peel a bunch of garlic
Put in pyrex, cover with olive oil (it should basically be swimming)
sprinkle salt and pepper
bake covered at 450 for ~45 minutes. The garlic should be golden and fragrant. Lasts in the fridge for a solid few weeks

How much tomatoes in relation to the amount of garlic?
And how long does this usually last in the fridge?

Never made it with tomatoes but the garlic lasts a good few weeks. The oil congeals in the fridge after a bit but if you take it out and let it come to room temp it'll go back to normal

Depends on how many people eat it. In my house only my husband eats the tomatoes so I put in just for him. It should last in the fridge at least 2 weeks but since it's so easy for me to make I make it every week exactly how much I think I'll need

I use whole cherry tomatoes. It's so easy you can't go wrong. You can add spices. Make the oven a little lower or higher....

I chop the garlic in food processor first. Then cover with oil and put in salt, black pepper and Italian seasonings. I have made it with tomatoes, rosemary, jalapenos etc but my family didn't like it at all.

Seems too time consuming. Too much transferring and moving things around.
