Hi,

This might sounds quite dumb, but does anyone know if gefen bread crumbs are pas yisrael? it does not say so on the label. it only says kemach yashon.

I would really think so.
But I just have to add that making your own from your leftover challah is so easy and they taste 1000 times better.
