Do they have emergency hours in the morning? What time? I called and there was no info just that they open at 9

Actually there IS an emergency number on the message.
Just listen until the end.
If it can wait until morn, call at 9 and they will put you in as soon as possible.

They do have walk in emergency hours in the morning. I'm not sure the exact time. Go around 9 and you should be fine.
