Also about the water, tell her to drink only the מי עדן company, not נביאות or tap water. For someone that’s not used to it, it can taste funky and cause gastro issues.

You shouldn’t have an issue ordering with your credit card even in shekalim, you just may have a foreign exchange fee depending on your credit card.

Amazon don't seem to be making deliveries at the moment and even when they are it takes a few weeks for things to come

A lot of Israeli websites don't take foreign credit cards. She'll be able to use an American credit card in the shop, but you probably can't order on line for her.

Re ordering to a house vs the dorm, I would check in with her Eim Bayit to see if she or someone else at school can do that for you. They will also be current on where the girls are allowed to go at the moment, and realistically where they are going.

Is this the same place as the links you gave me above? Those links are perfect so I was going to order them but if she can go and get them herself it would be better. Some of the items say "External Seller" so does that mean it's only available on the website?

Try with VPN if you have.
I don’t have an issue usually online using my Canadian credit card (sometimes in small stores I do). Sometimes they do an extra security check. But I don’t think there was a site I’ve used that I actually couldn’t and I order a lot online.
