Spray frozen fries with cooking oil and bake much longer than cooking directions, until very crisp.
Make pulled beef by covering meat with bbq sauce and baking for 3 hours. Shred and place on top of fries.
I've also made it with the chili from PLC with excellent results
Make a quick pickled red onion the night before. 1 red onion sliced into half moons. Boil 1/3 cup vinegar with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover onions in fridge overnight.
Buy pickles jalapeños. They come in skinny jars. They have different heat levels
Make a quick garlic mayo. Combine mayo, crushed garlic cube, salt, pepper, water to thin.

Layer fries, meat. Top with jalapeños and onions. Drizzle garlic mayo over.

The trick to tasting like takeout is a lot of the garlic mayo. Once it mixes in, the extra sauce makes a difference.

I make this frequently. They are delicious. Freeze half the meat for next time so most of the work is done.
