Usually preemies don't come home before 4 pounds. Assume regular preemie size will be good, like carter's. If you want a nicer, more classy option, some of the jewish companies make size 0 months which is like preemie size. chances are some of these preemie sizes might be slightly big for a newly released micro preemie but iyH it will fit soon!
