Does gentech allow Instagram?
I'm looking for a filter that basically only blocks filth and inappropriate sites.

I have the basic plan. It's $15 a month. You can call to ask all your questions. They automatically block websites or certain categories so it might block good sites that you use. But if you request something to be unblocked they do it fast and easy.

The choice is the internal youtube controls or not permiting youtube.
I believe TAG does not permit Youtube. | I have Gentech, it filters YouTube ads.

Try mobicip - we've used it for years for my son's gadgets and have been happy with it. You set the controls, and if you want access to something else, whoever you've assigned as your control person has to allow it. If you try to access something you shouldn't, or that hasn't been previously approved, your control person will be notified and would have to approve it before you could access it.
