Anyone have recommendations?
Mainly looking for a nice white/neutral shimmer. Not too yellow. I would even buy just a separate shimmer eyeshadow.

Or any nice neutral palette recommendations with a nice shimmer color.

The original Naked palette by Urban Decay remains the best neutral. It can go very low key or you can amp it up. The blackish eyeshadow makes a wonderful eyeliner

I have a cool undertone, the Urban Decay Naked 3 looks very natural.
Tartlette in Bloom is a great neutral - not too pink not too yellow.
