I’m having company tonight and plan on serving latkes.
I know fresh is best… if I make the latkes this morning is there a good way to rewarm them that will
also taste delicious and crispy?

My mother used to do this when she hosted us all for Chanukah party. Was too much work to start frying fresh; she'd never get away from the stove. She reheated in a single layer uncovered in the oven. It's not exactly the same but nobody complained

When you reheat in the oven use a rack so that the air circulates under them as well as over them.
I have such fond memories when my mother would cook the latkes just for our relatively small family. We had a small kitchen with the kitchen table where we would eat most meals.
She would stand at the stove and as each batch was made they would be put on a brown paper bag to drain briefly and then transferred immediately to us.
This was before the days of food processors so the potatoes would be shredded on a box grater.
I was reading a recipe today and someone commented that they made latkes with frozen hash browns which seems intriguing.
