Any free apps that have stories for kids. We used to use zing but most of their stories are only on premium now and I can't justify buying a subscription to any of these apps right now
Spotify doesn't play it in order and will skip to random cds songs etc

There are lots of podcasts with stories. Can you set up a podcast app (like Pocket Casts or any other) and just subscribe to a whole bunch?
