Hi,
Can anyone recommend a store in Israel (preferably Jerusalem but flexible) with English speaking customer service? It's important that they sell Cybex strollers because that's the stroller I have an issue with and need additional parts for.
My Hebrew is reasonable but not good enough for me to explain what I need in this case...

Did you try chasdei shmuel? I haven't bought from them in over 10 years, but I think they might be able to help in English.

I called them and they will get back to me. They didn't seem put off when I said the brand of the stroller I'm missing a part for is Cybex... also I see Cybex strollers all over, so I'm feeling optimistic.

Where did you buy your stroller from?
What about contacting cyber directly and asking them where to go to service your stroller.

Shilav sells Cybex strollers. They don't specifically have English speaking service, but you can ask if there is someone who speaks English you can talk to. I almost bought a cybex stroller from them a few months ago, and when the salesman heard us speaking English, he started talking to us in English.
