HI,
Anyone have any good ideas what I can serve with salmon for supper tonight? I have been serving it with a baked potato or penne pasta. Looking for a change.

I really like salmon with green rice. This is cooked rice with lots of fresh green chopped herbs ( parsley,coriander dill, mint) and garlic added.

Yum wish I could make salmon for supper. My husband and kids wouldn’t touch it. Only make it for myself for shabbos… otherwise it’s a waste. I’m so sick of heavy pasta, chicken, and meat for supper
