TD bank in another district notarized for me for free.
I think Photo Park on NU and 54 has someone.
Many insurance offices have someone on premises.

I don't think any banks offer this service.
The Mail store on 13 and 49 in the block offers this service for a minimal fee

I believe chase does if you have an account there. (At least they do where I live)

Legally, a notary can only charge a small amount. In NY it’s $2.

I'm a notary. If there is travel involved, the price can go up.
Some libraries have notaries. So do UPS stores and Fedex stores.

I thought they weren’t allowed to charge at all?
