Hi,
Are there any healthy appetite supressor pills that are over the counter?

Does such a thing exist?

I'm worried about taking pills to lose weight - - it's not something that I would have ever imagined myself doing, but...

Can anyone recommend any? That really work and aren't dangerous?

Thank you!

Berberine has been touted recently as nature's ozempic. It helps regulate blood sugar.

Thiamine can help regulate appetite by supporting the autonomic nervous system.

Akkermansia probiotic has been researched lately to combat obesity. Other probiotics can help too.

Phosphatidylserine can help lower cortisol.

Adaptogens like ashwahganda and rhodiola support your adrenals which in turn can help regulate appetite.

Digestive enzymes can help with absorption which can help you feel more full.

You can look for leptin resistance supplements.

Low dose naltrexone can help with cravings. Cbd too.

Thiamine and probiotics are fine.
Berberine shouldn't be taken while pregnant. There are other things you can take while pregnant to help regulate blood sugar, which in turn can help with cravings.
I'm not sure about ldn during pregnancy.

Drinking alot of water in between meals and staying active helps control appetite.

Controlling the sugar levels helps control appetite.

Most of all learning to listen to the emotional need of your body. Food is comfort. Carbs makes us feel good.

Thats why diets and drugs only work short term. Because there is an emotional need that is not being addressed.

My answer to controlling my food intake was inner child therapy
