I'm neither ignorant nor clueless.
I do know what gefilta fish is made of, so I know that it should be fine it it was left out for 6 hours after cooking.

False. Can't be left out past 2 hours. If you Factor in cool off time, I'd say 3hrs..? Where are u getting ur info?!?
