Where can I buy gold earrings with fake stones for kids and teens. My girls have very sensitive ears and seem to react to any other type of fake earrings. But would prefer not to spend a fortune and buy totally real earrings.

Online. Do a search "14k stud earring CZ."
The screw-back kind of stud, where the stick has threads on it, do not come off as easily, and are much better. They won't get lost as easily.
Yes, only use 14k gold, whether yellow gold or white gold (silver color) or stainless steel or 'surgical stainless steel' earrings. No other metal.
