I have a bag of gefen orzo. It says to put in 24 cups for a bag of orzo (not a big bag!)
Doesn’t that sound like a crazy amount of water?
I can’t mess this up, so can any advise me— is that a normal way to make orzo, if not, how much water to uncooked orzo do I do?

You sure it's not 2-4 cups?

Lol it says 6 quarts— which I converted to 24 cups. Is that incorrect?

Just take a 6 quart pot and fill it 2/3 to 3/4 of the way.

orzo is cooked like pasta, just put water in a pot,
you'll drain the extra water at the end anyway
