Also, don't make kids tables!!!!
Unless you confirmed with the kids' parents that the kids want that.
If you do make kid's tables, don't put kids under 6 on them!!!

Definitely figure out a rough seating chart and check if your tables fit exactly ten or if you can make it 11 or even 12. If you can fit more chairs and the seating works out it might make more sense to do 6 tables of 11 or 12 rather than 7 tables of 10. But we can't answer that for you, only you can after you arrange the seating and measure your tables.

First make a seating chart. I also don't believe in children's tables unless it's cousins ages 8-12 who are interested in hanging out together and will be well behaved
Once you figure out where people can sit then you can order the seats. Yes you have 70 people but it may not work out exactly so. Seating cards is also essential or one card per table with all the names/families.

The reason you need a seating chart, aside for other reasons, is because uniform sized tables won't work
E.g.
if you do all tables of ten
But you have a family of 9, who will be the tenth person? Where will their spouse and children sit? At the next table???
You have to make sure that the seating itself will work!
(speaking as someone who went to a shabbos where it absolutely didn't work!!!)

Things to consider:
Are men and women sitting together or separate?
Did you see how ten fits? Sometimes, ten really means it’s very squishy, and 8 or 9 is better.
How is the space between the tables? More force to move us better for serving so it’s worth to be squishy.
Will the kids mostly be running around and you’ll be jeftcwith many empty spots?
How are you serving the food? Do you need a tables on the side?
If you can answer these questions to yourself, please you’ll better know how to plan it
Mazel tov for the simcha!
