They are having a shabbaton soon at the Armon
The dates are perfect for us and we really need a mini vacation

If you’ve gone in the past
How was it?
How was the food?
As a jpf will we feel comfortable?
We love to do Kiruv in a small scale.
We love inspirational shiurim.
But we visibly do look frum
If you went did you have a good time or did you family stay away from the shiurim because you felt uncomfortable.

Why would you feel uncomfortable?
I thought the target audience is people like you! Call them and ask.

Ok great
Either way we are going because I need a break, change of scenery, and the date is perfect for us.

We’ll need to get in Thursday Night

It’s at the Armon
Is there a minyan close by for Friday am?
That’s if there’s none at the hotel

I've never been, so still try to find information.
I can't imagine there's no minyan Friday morning there. The staff, mashgichim, etc. Have to be setting up.

Also haven't been to Project Inspire, but have been to Gateways and Arachim (a while back) which I assume is a similar demographic and you would fit right in. You will be center of the crowd frum wise

I went a few years ago. My husband was one of the few shtreimels there. We decided to go because we were going through some shakiness in our yiddishkeit and thought that the speeches would inspire us.

They’re marketing this event to a frum audience. Not sure why you think you’d feel out of place.

The speeches were very nice. They had lots of amazing speakers. (Not really the magic that we needed) The food was good and plentiful. It was a very nice Shabbos.
As a visibly chassidish couple, we felt like we didn't really belong there. People kept commenting about us being chassidish, was weird.

We are definitely frum looking
DH has a beard
I wear a sheitel (not lace) and tznius
But I guess it’s different than chassidush
I think we’ll go because
1. I need the vacation
2. Perfect timing
