BH my nephew is getting engaged and married in Lakewood.
I live OOT so haven't been to in town weddings in a while.
What would be standard for me to wear to the wedding?
And for my teenage daughters (17, and 12)
Are gowns the norm?

This is individual to each family.
Can you speak to your sis/sil and ask if she has a preference?
Some people love their whole extended family wearing long, it makes them feel more part of the simcha.
Other people will say wear what you have, you don't have to invest in a special piece just for my wedding.

Would it be weird or not done if we all wore gowns?

For sure not weird!
In my family we wear long but not puffy as married aunts. Buy something nice on sale and have it to wear many times IH
Cousins wear gowns, either something we already have or from a gemach.
