In general, no because what makes it excellent for breads of all kind make it unsuitable for other kinds of baked goods.

The défault for baked goods is all purpose flour although some more delicate baked goods need lower gluten flour which is why they specify cake or pastry flour.

Of course you can make all kinds of breads with bread flour - high gluten flour.

Bread (including pizza crust) and pasta are great with high gluten flour.
