We have omnitrope and our insurance is Fidelis. First thing the endocrinologist told me was to switch from UHC to Fidelis.

I’ve been dealing with this for past 2 months it’s beyond frustrating, every time the dr calls on another dosage it goes out of stock. I wonder if there’s another way around this!

Nope. Unfortunately- unless you call the pharmacy, ask what is in stock, immediately call doctor and have them call it in right then. But if you need a prior authorization then all bets are off.

My child is on Skytrofa. I get it from “Cvs specialty pharmacy”. Not from a regular pharmacy. Maybe that’s what you should try.
