Looking for an 8 cup food processor with shredder and slicing blades under $100.
Any recs?

8 cups is not a mini-processor. Minis have about a 1 cup capacity.

Ok, then I need one that's a bit smaller than the standard but big enough to fit a normal amount.

It's still going strong for me. I needed a bigger one so I got a 12 cup ge. I can give you my Cuisinart if you're interested

I've had mine for 9 years without any issues. I use it mostly for dips, kugel, blending frozen fruit to make sorbet.
