I don't pay her. Wanna get her something cute. Around $50-$75. She's 15.
Any leads please?

She probably doesn’t want to take money. That’s why a gift is perfect.

I just want to let you know how thoughtful this is!
When I was a teen, I was always expected to babysit for my aunts. Literally as 'payback' time for when they babysat me as a kid.
I was always so resentful. I never got paid or gifted.
Once, one aunt gave me an ice pop before leaving. I was 16. I was mortified
Maybe get her a giftcard to an accessory shop, so she can choose what she wants (jewelry/crossbody)

I try to pay my nieces, but my sils won't let. In fact I use them much less than I would even though they seem happy to babysit since I feel uncomfortable that I can't pay

Either way, you can always gift instead of pay in cash, to show appreciation

My teen sister won't let me pay her but so far I've gotten her ice cream store gift cards, uggs slippers, Kate spade earrings, charms for her pandora bracelet, fuzzy blanket, and the Chez Chaya sea salt caramels

I try to do experiences. When I had maternity leave I took them+ friends to American dream on their day off. So it was the money but also that they didn’t have someone else to take them. Same with Rachel’s place play, I bought tickets and took them one year. We bh have such a nice relationship.
I try to keep rough track and buy them things I know they want/ need like camp time - it’s still less than I would pay a sitter but it’s definitely stuff I wouldn’t randomly buy a niece.

Lots of girls have cashapp. Pay them!!!
I didn’t pay my sisters for babysitting for me 15/20 years ago, but I probably should have.
My daughters always get paid when they babysit for my siblings. And generously.
