Trying to prep and freeze foods in advance of our bar mitzvah shabbos.
Can you help me with this chicken recipe?
The recipe is to flour the cutlets, then pour on sauteed vegetables and then pour on a sauce that's made on the stove.
What can I do in advance?
I have some packages of cutlets in my freezer, can I defrost, prep and then freeze again or do I need to prep fresh cutlets and then freeze?
What would you do here?

I would just freeze it ready made. Chicken with sauces reheats well.

Don’t defrost and refresh raw. If it’s in a sauce it’ll reheat nicely so just cook it fully and freeze

I'm nervous about this. I have never frozen cooked chicken. How would I reheat so it tastes best?
Also while I have people here....how many chicken cutlets peices would I need per person? Each cutlet is too big to be a portion. Do I cut it in 2 or 3 and then how much do I calculate per person? I will also have brisket.

Personally I would not freeze veg. They get soggy and don’t have an appealing texture.
You can flour the cutlets, pour the sauce on top and cook or freeze raw. Then when you reheat add the freshly sautéed veg
