I'm trying to figure out what this can be. She washes her hair well and her smells really good after the shower but an hour or so later it already has like a musty smell. In the morning it's even worse. What can I do for it and what does it come from

Sounds like she’s only washing superficially which is why it only smells good right away. Shes not scrubbing her scalp.

I agree I don’t think she’s scrubbing her scalp clean. Only use her fingertips not nails to clean the scalp well
