Surround shower = The bathroom is to small for a toilet and shower stall so we but the shower head over the toilet.

Older couple preferred- expect the landlord to bang her broomstick on the ceiling when she hears you walking past 8pm
Near transportation- right off the tracks. You'll be hearing the train 24/7
Utilities included- this is likely an illegal apartment or there is something seriously wrong with the meters.
