What do you mean by allow? If someone takes the job, then how are they allowing the company anything?
The company is doing whats good for them and the person needing a job found one.
You dont want to be paid that little? Look for something else.
And a salary calculator wont help. They pay what they pay. How will a calculator help any?

Triggered? Not one bit.
Ive worked for rwo such companies. I knee my salary was going to be LOW. But it was what I found and I needed a job. So I took it.

But what dufference does it make what the same israeli salary would be when your cimpany is based in the US?
Can I ask what the position is? Maybe someone here eorks in the field snd ould tell you the local salary.
