Have you (or your DD) taken it and found a job? Do they teach a lot about website design as well? Do they help you find practice opportunities? Was it hard to take the course while working? TIA.

I took the course. It was in 2016 though so I'm not sure what it's like now. We learned some web design but not enough to really be able to do anything with it. They did help me find an internship. And finding a job was a little tough because no one wanted a beginner but the only way to get experience is to be a beginner somewhere.. I ended up finding a great job and a few years later quit and started my own home based graphic design business bH!

Yeah, similar experience.
I took the PS Design School course. Very comprehensive, covers a lot. But you need hands on projects right after taking the course to really get the feel and practice, let alone the financial aspect. However, it's very very tough to find a job. Everyone wants experienced designers, and I get that. The bottom line is that junior jobs are hard to come by, and very seldom does a company want to hire beginner freelancers with almost no portfolio to show. And if you don't land a job, you have no portfolio.... You get the idea.
