Was suicidal at one point and only my therapist knew. Funniest was that during that time period someone at work commented that I’m always so happy. I put up a show and look like I have it together. Bh I’m doing better now.

That my marriage has been to hell and back after my husband shared his p*rn issues with me and we got lots of help. We didn’t tell a soul and we look like the cutest lovely picture perfect couple you’d all be jealous of. (And yes pls get help if you have this issue even if you can’t afford it and need to dip into savings)

Spent most of my school years daydreaming about a life I wish I had. I wished that my real life was a nightmare and my daydreams was my real life.

There were some triggers that caused it. I never told anyone.

Recently my marriage took a nose dive. The daydreaming restarted. I could probably write a book about my dream life.

discovered the term emotional neglect and realized that it is exactly what happened to me.
as a result of growing upwith it, I shut myself down for protection, and years later, find it hard to connect to other ppl..
hence the loneliness..
