I looked to see if there is a Los Angeles forum and I didn't see one.
I'm trying to help my sister in Los Angeles to get financial aid.
The family is in dire need and they don't know who to turn to. They don't want to ask the rabbi of their shul because they are too ashamed. So I'm trying to find resources for them to get tzedakah in LA. I found kollel chabad and tomchei shabbos.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any other person or organization they can call in LA.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated

I read that part but a Rav can usually help with this. Thats what they are there for.

She can try any of the rabbonim listed here....even if she does not belong to their shul
