I got delivered a case of Honey from masbia?!?
Just wondering why. Not rosh Hashanah?
Any idea what I should do with it?
No way I can use an entire case of Honey

I think honey doesn't expire.

Is it kosher for Pesach?

Stop using refined sugar, and sweeten everything with honey.
Or make honey part of your mishloach manot.

It lasts forever, so you can keep it for Rosh HaShana. They found 4,000 year old honey in an Egyptian tomb that was still edible.

It doesn't expire but may become crystallized which isn't a defect.
I don't know where you live but in Israel good honey isn't a cheap thing.
