Do u give all of your coworkers if u work in a small office? Ofc the bosses but what about others?

My coworkers never give. I always give my boss (if frum).
For my boss I do a nice wine and milchig chocolate.
For coworkers I usually keep an extra mm in my trunk the day before taanis Esther through day after purim just in case a coworker does give me so I have what to give back. I don't like initiating when I'm not sure as I don't want them pressured to give back.
