I have contacted so many places and still nothing.. we are around 30 people looking for a Shabbos in the summer time. In or a drive from NYC. Please share of any places you know!

There’s a double house at the corner of central and new central in Lakewood with a lot of beds and a swing set. Shul across the street

You could try https://kvation.com/ they have lots of large houses for rent perfect for reunions. It’s a pretty easy website to use. Similar to Airbnb but kosher only.
