They don't have trained medical staff on site, and the nearest hospital is over 40mins away, so they won't take anyone that could have medical complications, as in an emergency that's too far away.

My friend ended up in hospital when there because her baby had a urine infection. He had temperature. No one can know what will happen but they do like to do the best they can with the situation that is in the here and now.
