That would really change the taste of the recipe
We really like this recipe
Google says to sub turmeric for the DRY mustard.
It’s dry mustard powder not mustard
I think the horseradish will make it too spicy and dry mustard doesn’t taste vinegary

Just use a bit of your grated marror. It will be good. Taste. Add a bit of whatever else you think it needs like salt.
No need for vinegar.
Other options you can use are turmeric and/or Wasabi horseradish sauce that you find in the fridge aisle.
Or make the brown sugar balsamic vinegar version.

Really you could omit it and wouldn’t notice any difference. I’ve made the recipe without and it was just as good.
