Of course my kid chooses RIGHT after I've spent hours and way too much money on the new season to go through a huge growth spurt and skip a full size in everything from underwear to shoes  
BH he's growing and thriving but this was not what I needed right before pesach!

ugh, that is frustrating.
my cleaning lady comes on a day which is on yom tov and dh won't want me to have her. that means no cleaning help for 2 whole weeks with everyone home and cooking round the clock and meals.

That's probably a bigger problem for the cleaning lady. She probably depends on her income for living expenses.

yes but her problem isnt a first world problem.. only the employer can claim that!

It’s one day less for the cleaning lady. It’s hard for her I’m sure, but lots of employers cancel one day. That’s normal.

What’s the problem with having her? I always have my housekeeper on shabbos and yontif
She doesn’t do laundry and stuff, but those days are the biggest messes and the most work!

does your lady wash floors and bathrooms on yomtov? is that allowed?
sweeping and making beds I do myself.
