What do I need to clean or get rid of if I'm selling the house for chometz? Can I keep food in the freezer that have bread crumbs or matzoh meal in them?

If you sell it, you can leave it all as is.
In Israeli society relations society, chomorz is sold and kept in the pantry and freezer to be used immediately after paseach. Most stores pizza shops, restaurants etc don't open motza peseach night as people have the food at home. Sfardim prepare beautiful chomorz meals with ingredients the buy before and sell it over paseach. Many Charadim don't sell real chomotz if they are home.

Not only in israeli society.
I grew up in america and we did the exact same thing.

When we went away we used to get rid of chametz gamur and sell the rest. Now we do the same but instead of locking up the house it’s just a few cabinets. I agree this is something you ask your Rav.

When I grew up we went away for many years. Did a symbolic bedikat chametz in a bedroom which was cleaned for Pesach and just locked the house and left.
Definitely sold chametz gamur.
We still sell chametz gamur now. I tape up cabinets that have food and mark as chametz and sell the food.
