Took our frozen raw meats from freezer late last night. When I went to prep it tonight, I wanted to know if I can refreeze it and cook rather Thursday. They were mostly still frozen

Only since you say you didn't defrost it and it's mostly frozen so you're not actually refreezing just putting it back in the freezer.

So it's actually not totally frozen but half frozen very cold
