Acutane has so many possible side affects that are known and some are unknown. She also can’t continue with electrolysis that she is almost done with while taking the acutane.

Accutane gave me so much confidence. Would highly recommend.
I had so much acne and it made me feel ugly and undesirable.
I had very dry lips and was given a heter to use vaseline on Shabbos. Otherwise no other side affects

She can use adapelene which is basically the topical version of accutane and does wonders for the skin without all the side affect which come along with the latter.
