Why would you throw it out?
If you liked it over pesach, how come the taste would change after pesach?
You can always crumble it up and make as a crumb topping for a chometz cake. Or eat it as a topping in yogurt.

Whatever is still left at this stage is probably pretty dry and stale.

Anything store bought and kept in a freezer would still be good.
My community had a GF Gemach for sealed items for those who are Gf for medical reasons

Do you not understand that something can taste good on pesach but still taste pretty bad compared to regular chometz cake?
