It seems that no matter how much I take small breaks, I get very spaced out from concentrating on the computer screen all day (hi tech manager, work eight hours a day). I also feel very hungry even when I've eaten. I am eating regularly (trying to lose some extra weight after a pregnancy loss so not eating a huge amount, but definitely not anywhere near starving myself).
I can't focus my eyes well and feel like I'm very weak and floating in the clouds by the time the kids come home.
Any tips?
