Did anyone order from them recently with slight adjustments? How was the quality? the fit?
What about returns? Do they refund customized items? Was it a hassle?

Still waiting on my refund for the second half of my order. It’s been over a year. Didn’t have this the previous three orders.

What does this mean? Are they scamming you? What do they say when you speak to them ?

Stumbled upon this website yesterday and remembered reading about it here in the past. So bumping this up to see if anyone is buying from there and having good experiences. Between the comment above waiting a year for a refund, and a review I read on their site about someone waiting for their dress to arrive for 4 months already, I'm hesitant to order, obviously. What a shame because I love the concept. Hoping somebody will share better news about this business.

I ordered a dress for my daughter a few months before my son's bar mitzvah. It took a very long time to come, they said they had a quality control issue with the fabric and were waiting for the new batch to come. It did finally come in time for the bar mitzvah, and my daughter looked beautiful in it.
This year, we ordered a dress in March and it still hasn't come. They keep saying the same thing about the quality control issue with the fabric and that they're still waiting for the new batch.
It's very frustrating. It would be a great place to shop if they were reliable.
