Smelling fresh in the summer

What’s the difference between a perfume and body mist?

I was recently somewhere in the heat.. I was so hot and sweaty and just felt gross. I was perfectly dressed, sheitel and all but just felt gross. I passed by some other women who just smelled fresh! They didn’t smell like deodorant! They just smelled like they just came out of the shower (fresh smelling!) even though it was beyond hot. (And no in the place I was there is no way they took a shower and time recently)

I need the solution for the rest of the summer. Do I buy a travel size perfume? Or a body mist? What is it?!

I’ve noticed that too.. then I had the koiches and asked one of my sister in laws. She said she uses fabric wrinkle reducer spray from febreeze on her clothes before she gets dressed. It’s a blue bottle. And she told me that she doesn’t want to put on too much bc it will just smell yuch.. just spray very slightly..

Target sells travel size mini spray deodorants (dove)- it’s not a body mist, but it’s super helpful as it fits in all of my purses and fanny packs and I’m constantly reapplying. I also carry a mini roll on perfume.

I have the mini dove. It’s great. But these people smelled good! Fresh and good! Not like deodorant

How is body mist different than perfume?

I like light and fruity/light flora smell… any body mist recommendations?

I like to carry a travel pack of deodorant wipes and when I use the bathroom when I'm out and about, I wipe my underarms.

I use natural deodorant which is baking soda based, and it doesn't trap in sweat -- so no stink. I end up smelling like the essential oils in the deodorant, because that's what spreads as I sweat.

Maybe these other women just strolled out if some air conditioned mall while you were outdoors in the midday sun.

The pink one number 68 sounds good but I don’t wanna smell like vanilla. Is that a good choice?

What about perspiration? I use anti-perspirant and still end up looking like a sweaty mess if I walk ANYWHERE (especially on Shabbos)

Excuse my ignorance but what is a body must? How do you apply?
